Key Responsibilities:
- Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
- Create short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video concepts.
- Add motion graphics, text, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on video trends and best practices to improve engagement.
Qualifications:
- Ability to generate new ideas and tell engaging stories through video.
- Skill of Motion Graphic is required
- Understanding audience behavior and the types of videos suitable for each platform, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of how to tell stories through visuals and audio to evoke audience emotions.
- Basic understanding of cameras, composition, lighting, and sound.
- Proficiency in using video editing software such as CapCut.
- Ability to use motion graphics and effects to enhance video appeal.
- Working effectively with creative and marketing teams to produce videos aligned with the brand.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within deadlines.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using editing software such as CapCut, Premiere pro, After Effect or others.
- Color grading and audio editing.
Design & Storytelling Skills
- Creating storyboards and scripts for videos will be beneficial. ( Additional )
- Selecting suitable music and sound effects.
- Editing videos to be concise, engaging, and easy to understand.
Soft Skills
- Ability to present ideas and receive feedback.
- Problem-solving and adapting content to align with brand goals.
